My Sneaks Wardrobe

I love wearing sneaks because they’re comfortable, but they still have to look good and serve a sartorial purpose! Most of mine are from previous years, but if they’re still available, I’ll link them!

I really almost said sneaker wardrobe, but since I uniformly refer to them as sneaks, how could I use any other word?

Basics

  • White leather, Keds: I got these in 2020, I think, or early 2021, and I have worn them so much. I actually bought a second pair to have as a fresher option and eventual replacement.

  • Gold floral, Keds: These are from Keds’ first collaboration with Rifle Paper Co. I started wearing gold more because of these shoes. They are so fun, but can look surprisingly neutral. I bought a backup pair of these as well because I love them so much and know they’ll only last so long.

  • Silver, Banana Republic: After the gold sneakers worked so well, I wanted a silver shoe. These are so comfortable, fun to wear, and were on sale.

  • Black Converse: A classic! High tops used to be my go-to, but I prefer the low top fit now. These are from 2013, I think, and are well-worn in. Like some of my other pairs, I’m tempted to have a second for aesthetic and practical purposes.

Elevated Neutral

  • Polka dot, Madewell x Veja: I love these polka dot sneakers. I think I got them in 2020 after looking at them for months, and I’m so glad I got them. They’re quite comfortable, are fun to wear, and I just love them. The little pop of orange is perfect.

  • Ecru spot, Gola: The insole of these sneakers is so cushiony and comfortable. I love the neutral shades.

  • Black oxfords, Cole Haan: I haven’t worn these as much, but they have great details in the suede, and are comfortable. I need to figure out how to wear them more! (I was unable to find this combination - black suede with off-white sole - but Cole Haan still offers this shoe, which is their ZeroGrand Wingtip.)

Slip On

  • White slip on, Keds: I got these as my white sneak for warmer weather, and they are so comfortable. Full review here!

  • Black floral slip on, Keds: These are also new this summer, and I love them. Full review here!

  • Floral slip on, allblack: I think these are from 2016, and they are so fun. I love the colors and the silhouette of the shoe. They are one of my favorites!

Athletic

  • Black Frees, Nike: I’m not sure exactly when these are from because I’ve had maybe three of this exact shoe, but even the newest is pretty old. It’s one of my favorite color combinations and is a great sneaker for casual or active!

  • Neon Frees, Nike: These are my primary sneak for working out, but I do wear them outside of the gym sometimes. I am never subtle, not even when I’m working out!
