Your Wardrobe Therapy

Why Wardrobe Therapy?

You go to your closet to get dressed (for work, for a date, for play). It’s easy to look at your closet and find the clothes you want.

You know that what you wear is going to make you look and feel your best. You don’t even think about your outfit for the rest of the day (unless someone comments on how great you look). You feel confident and comfortable all day.

It’s easy to put your clothes away because your closet makes sense for you.

Shopping is more fun with less stress (and definitely less of a waste of your time and money) because you know what you’re looking for and you can tell what suits you.

Therapy is a way of resolving problems with guided assistance. Wardrobe therapy is doing the same, but for the contents of your closet.

The goal of wardrobe therapy is to identify where you need assistance, give you a solid foundation and the most helpful tools, and set you up for sartorial success.

Here are some common issues that wardrobe therapy can help you with:

  • You wear a small fraction of your wardrobe

  • You don’t know what’s in your closet

  • You went through a life-change (graduation, new job, retirement, parenthood)

  • You can’t easily navigate your clothes and need to rework your closet space

  • You want to get out of a style rut

  • You have pieces that you’re not sure how to wear

  • You buy pieces that never seem to go together

  • You get overwhelmed with the options and making the right buying decisions

  • You have to do a lot of last-minute shopping for occasions/trips/work

  • You do a lot of returns

If any of those sound like you, Wardrobe Therapy is for you.
