Outfits of the Week: October 26 - November 1

Monday October 26

  • Sweater - J. Crew

  • Painted pants - Gap

  • Sneaks - Gola

We had a very chill day, so I got dressed for pizza night in this relaxed outfit.

Tuesday October 27

  • Sweater - Pilcro

  • Grey sweatpants - Target

  • Sneaks - Gola

An even more chill day! I felt kind of in a funk for a lot of the week actually. But a real sweater and shoes in a color-coordinated outfit help me feel better.

Wednesday October 28

  • Orange sweater - Pilcro

  • Black jeans - Madewell

  • Floral high tops - Converse

These sweaters are warm but breathable, so perfect on their own for a day with a touch of chill. I picked the orange to go with the bit of orange in the sneakers’ print.

Thursday October 29

  • Yellow turtleneck - Banana Republic

  • Mint sweatpants - Target

  • Scarf - Anthropologie

It was a dreary day but I got my haircut and felt perky, so I dressed in comfy brights!

Friday October 30

  • Brown sweater - Pilcro

  • Black jeans - Madewell

  • Scarf - Target

  • Combat boots - Fluevog

I got dressed for a cold walk, so another of my favorite sweaters, black jeans and hardy boots, and a pretty but warm silk scarf were the look. I also wore my puffer coat, and a beret on the walk itself. I love hats, especially my beret, with my short hair.

Saturday October 31

  • Black sweater - vintage

  • Black pants - J. Crew

  • Black flats - Rothy’s

I leaned in to my new haircut and dressed up as Audrey Hepburn for Halloween! I even attempted a very bold brow and some black eyeliner, which I am very much out of practice at. The sweater was my great-grandma’s, which is really cool. It’s a classic look any day, and an especially chic Halloween look!

Sunday November 1

  • Chunky neon sweater - J. Crew

  • Grey jeans - Target

  • Scarf - Museum of Modern Art

  • White sneaks - Keds

I based this outfit around the scarf. I was tempted to wear blue jeans or black pants, but I decided to do something a little different. I do love neon with light neutrals. The scarf is from a Jackson Pollack painting!
