Roundup: February 2020

Another month in the blog books! February had almost twice as many posts as last month, and it felt good to get even more into the swing of things. It was fun, but I am excited for March and (do I even have to say it?) spring!

What I posted:

There were four Outfits of the Week posts this month!

Three sets of finds from J. Crew, ModCloth, and Banana Republic.

February Wednesdays were dedicated to Valentine’s Day, and winter.

Favorite Outfits:

  • Feb 4: This look is so simple, but was so comfortable, and I noticed myself thinking about how great I felt all day

  • Feb 13: This kind of outfit (quirky print, bright colors, fish purse) makes me so happy

  • Feb 15: I first styled and wore this look two months ago, and felt so completely on fire, and still felt like that this time around as well

  • Feb 18: This is another outfit that I’ve styled/worn before (early November), and it was so fun to wear again because it’s so light and made me feel good

  • Valentine’s post: I love the simple look of the black suit with the red cami.

Favorite purchases:

  • Pink sweater:

    • Cozy, comfortable, incredibly versatile in my closet.

    • I might have to get it in olive as well.

  • Terrazzo blouse:

    • I was so excited to find this in store, and I am so looking forward to enjoying this in warm weather.

  • Blue marled sweater:

    • This sweater is different from my usual (blue, mock neck, between fitted and loose), but I just really like it!

    • Also, it is now on sale, and an extra 50% off of that!

No section about what I have my eye on for this month because I have two blog posts coming up with my shopping plans (including general strategy and specific pieces) for next winter and spring.

See you next month!
