I do enjoy a coordinated athleisure look. A clear color palette helps pull outfits together and makes an outfit look more stylish or intentional than it otherwise would.

Tuesday September 22

I think it’s safe to say that this sweater was a successful purchase and will probably be making an appearance at least weekly. I’m tempted to get it in other colors. I like the orange to bring out the bit of orange that’s in the scarf. Then the rest of the outfit gets to be neutral. Glad to bring these pants out of storage!

This look is decidedly springy, but that doesn’t bother me. I love wearing this scarf, wrapped around or loose. The trench makes it look more autumn appropriate.

Thursday September 24

This outfit was so simple, but so fun. The classic sweater in my favorite bright was a good complement to my favorite pants. I tucked the sweater under my bra to blouse it, instead of tucking it into my pants. I like the silhouette better that way, though to be honest, I adjusted it repeatedly. Might use fabric tape or something next time. I could’ve worn white sneaks to be a little more casual, or heels for a dressy/sexy look, but flats worked quite well.

Saturday September 26

A relaxed day merited a relaxed outfit. I almost got rid of these pants and this hoodie, but I’m glad both made it back into the fold. Even with a casual outfit, I can’t help but color coordinate.

We went to Funland for the last day of their season, so I dressed appropriately.
