Outfits of the Week: November 30-December 6

Monday November 30

  • Dress - Anthro

  • Sweater - Pilcro

  • Belt - Old Navy

  • Trench - BB Dakota

  • Boots - Steve Madden

I really dig this combination. I came up with it because it was warm but very windy. But the funny thing is I didn’t get to actually wear it because there was a tornado warning and a storm, so we stayed in. Yes that was in the afternoon, which is when I got dressed to leave the house. Ha!

Tuesday December 1

  • Black turtleneck - Numi

  • Plaid scarf - J. Crew

  • Blue jeans - Madewell

  • Boots - Fluevog

  • Red puffer - Monoprix

We picked out and decorated our Christmas tree today, so I dressed warm but festive! To be honest, I wouldn’t usually do brown boots with an outfit that doesn’t have brown anywhere else, it’s just how I am with colors. But I like it here.

Wednesday December 2

  • Black turtleneck - Numi

  • Orange sweater - Pilcro

  • Leggings - Target

  • Sneaks - Converse

Cozy athleisure chic for a cold and casual day.

Thursday December 3

  • Cream sweater - Pilcro

  • Floral pants - Hem & Thread

  • Bone booties - Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn

  • Belt - Old Navy

  • Olive scarf - gift

I dressed for dinner and this was kinda fun. I layered tights under the pants, which made it more appropriate for cold weather, but less comfortable. I need better tights!

Sunday December 6

  • Paisley blouse - Talbots

  • Grey cords - J. Crew

  • D’Orsay pumps - Ferragamo

  • Sheep coat - Swildens

After a couple of cozy days in pajamas (striped with gold star pajamas, but still), I felt like dressing up! I love this blouse because it’s pretty and comfortable. The texture of the corduroy pants is fun when juxtaposed with the crinkle of the blouse. My feet were cold, but I didn’t want to wear boots or sneaks again. The coat is possibly my favorite, but least-worn, so it feels special to wear it. It’s probably difficult to see in the pictures, but I’m enjoying a mismatched earrings situation, which is something I love to do.
