Friday Finds: A/W at Anthro

Ahh, Anthropologie! My go-to retailer for when I am looking for something new and a bit unusual. I’d planned a different brand for this week, but after significant browsing, it wasn’t what I wanted. So here we are. Read on for my top twelve picks right now!

  • Long-Sleeved Tee: I love a patterned tee to wear with jeans, a cool jacket, or even a skirt. This one has lovely colors.

  • Split-Neck Top: The floral of the black motif looks so beautiful, and the blue motif is really something too. They’d both be great worn casually because they’re easy tops, but could be great with a skirt or pants in a dressy fabric for interesting juxtaposition.

  • Whimsy Button-down: I love stripes mixed with florals. The mums in this print have great color and texture. Very autumnal, but would look great in the spring too (or whenever, really).

  • Bow Tie Tube Top: As a tube top, it’s quite cute. But with a blouse? It looks like it’s really something. I like the available colors too. Very festive and fun.

  • Floral Skirt Set: I love this print, and I think these pieces have potential to look good together and on their own.

  • Wild Knit Midi Skirt: This skirt is so funky. It would be nice with a black top and sneakers, or more dressed up with gold accessories and dressier pieces.

  • Forest Pleated Midi Skirt: The texture and colors in this skirt are incredible. It can look very Christmas-y, or just dressy, or more casual with a sweater. It would definitely be fun!

  • Striped Sequined Midi Skirt: I mean, wow. This would be beyond fabulous for a New Year’s party, or even Christmas, or just whenever you felt like dressing up. Silky tops and heels to dress it up, or a chunky sweater and booties to dress it down.

  • The Bow Boyfriend Jeans: I can’t quite tell what color these are. A dark cream? Slightly tie-dyed with pink? They could be an unusual and beautiful neutral that adds interest while being surprisingly subtle.

  • The Trailblazer Patchwork Pant: These are very casual and pretty weird, but I dig it. If these are your colors, they would be so fun to throw on.

  • Atlas Wide-Leg Pants: I love this colorful map print! It’s quirky and gorgeous. A white blouse and camel coat would be great, but I think it would also work well with a tan sweater or pink sweatshirt or something like that.

  • Floral Wide-Leg Pants: These pants would be different for a NYE look, but I think they’d be fun with a gold/yellow top, or white, or stripe to be funky.
