Outfits of the Week: June 29-July 5
Monday June 29
Red shirt - O’Neill
Ecru jeans - Old Navy
Gold floral sneaks - Keds
This shirt is one of my favorite summer pieces. I love how it pops with light pants. The floral sneaks are a callback to the floral of the top, while being mostly neutral. Fun fact: my mom has this complete outfit (though a slightly different woven bag; hers is cylindrical instead of circular).
Tuesday June 30
Orange dress - Target
Wrap belt - Ada Collection
Scarf - Anthropologie
Flats - Rothy’s
I’ve been thinking about wearing this dress lately, and today was the day. I love it with this scarf, which has a little bit of orange in it, and then I add the wrap belt to go with the scarf more. Though, honestly, I just love these colors together, scarf or no. The flats are an easy neutral that tone with the grey in the scarf.
Wednesday July 1
Floral cami - Target
White pants - Wayf
Red sandals - J. Crew
I noticed how similar this outfit is to Monday’s when organizing the photos. How funny! I do like this kind of color combination.
Thursday July 2
Floral shirt - J. Crew
Denim shorts - Madewell
Yellow flats - Rothy’s
This shirt isn’t too hot for warm weather, though it did get pretty hot today. It’s one of my favorites because of the brilliant colors in the beautiful floral. I find that the blues especially pop when paired with blue jeans, like my favorite shorts.
Friday July 3
Striped shirtdress - Maeve
White sneaks - Keds
Easy, breezy, subtly patriotic for Hamilton day! I really need a blue denim jacket, or a blue belt, or something.
Saturday July 4
Shirt - Target
Red bralette - Lively
White denim shorts - Madewell
Red sandals - J. Crew
Before I styled Wednesday’s post, I was planning on wearing something else, but then loved this look! I think this shirt is balanced the best with white bottoms and red accents. Fun, comfortable, a little different. I’m definitely going to do a feature on wearing my husband’s clothes soon - but for a OotW challenge or Wednesday style feature?
Sunday July 5
White tee - Target
Black joggers - Abbeline
Polka dot sneaks - Madewell x Veja
I was in a bit of a weird mood, so I felt like lifting my spirits with polka dot sneakers. Simple everywhere else for a chill dinner and chasing a dog that showed up in our yard.
