Brought back this fun combination. It was fun to wear after a morning of cleaning house. 

Thursday September 3

• Black sandals - Franco Sarto

This was a chic and comfortable outfit on a hot day. I love how stylish these pants look while still being so comfortable it’s hardly fair. A basic top and sandals let the pants have the spotlight. 

Friday September 4

• White shirt - J. Crew

• Boat skirt - Leifnotes

• Pumps - Ferragamo 

• Yellow denim jacket - Pilcro

I picked this skirt to wear to an exhibit at the Biggs Museum featuring Jack Lewis. He painted a lot of watercolor scenes of waterscapes, so this boat skirt seemed appropriate. I also wore a harmonica necklace because he played a harmonica for me when I was a child. 

Saturday September 5

Dresses like this are so easy to wear. It’s fun to feel put together even to go pick out a microwave. 

Sunday September 6

• Puff sleeve blouse - H&M

• Ecru jeans - Old Navy

• Gold floral sneaks - Keds

This blouse works well for transitional weather, so I’m looking forward to styling this in different ways in the upcoming months.
