Wow, my first (short) months of blog posts, complete! I’ve had fun prepping and posting the last couple weeks! It’s definitely something I’m getting more used to (especially the posing and photo-taking in general) and I look forward to improving.

Favorite outfits:

• Birthday outfit: It was a little too cold to fully enjoy this outfit, but I love how it came together and it was just fun to wear. 

• Rainbow sweater: This look was so comfortable and cozy, and just felt so bright and lovely. It made me happy. 

• Striped dress with Paris scarf: I love looks with this dress. It’s such an easy way to be cute while being casual. 

• Statement skirt: Out of the many ways I styled this skirt, this is probably my favorite because I wasn’t sure about this top with it at first, and I don’t wear necklaces like this as much anymore, but they both worked out so much better than I anticipated and I loved it

Favorite purchases:

My favorite purchases this month were the blue terrazzo tank blouse and the abstract skirt.

The former is a bit unusual for me because I don’t do a lot of blue, particularly a pastel blue, but I found a lot of ways that I’m looking forward to wearing it. I might feature it in a future Styled post. 

The latter is so completely in my style wheelhouse that it’s almost embarrassing, but I just couldn’t help myself. And I’m glad I didn’t (especially because it sold out)!

I have my eye on: 

• Target ribbed dresses: These have so much potential that I am having trouble resisting the temptation.

• Target leggings with splits: I want these to look like they could be dressed up, but still be comfortable.

• Target split front pants: Same goals as above.

• Target geo silk scarf: I am a sucker for scarves.
