Friday Finds: Transitional Jackets, Part Three
Welcome to the third installment of transitional jackets! This week, we’re taking a look at some basic and statement blazers.
Whether it’s part of a suit, over jeans or a dress, a blazer is a great topper that can add a bit of polish. They can be found in a wide variety of cuts, fabrics, and prints.
Cornerstone Blazer: I bought this Cartonnier blazer almost seven years ago, and it is still my favorite black blazer. It’s also on sale now for $68 (from $118).
La Paz Blazer: This cropped blazer would be so good with anything that has a high waist - pants, skirts, dresses.
Double-Breasted Blazer: A grey blazer is a fun alternative to black, especially because it works so well with navy, camel, and cream. (It’s also on sale for $70 from $128!)
Stasi Corduroy Blazer: Love this dark beige in a corduroy for fall/winter. I also love the little piping detail in the lining.
Lilith Oversized Blazer: Oversized plaid blazers have been staples the last few falls, at least. They work well with black pants and a white shirt for work, or over a tee with jeans.
Roxana Blazer: I love the colors in this print! (Big surprise.) It would pop really well against black, and work really well with mustard and cream. Could be cool belted over a black tank dress!
There were a few more that I originally picked out to share, and they’ve sold out! Once it starts to be fall, blazers sell like hotcakes.
Check back next Friday for the final transitional jacket finds!
