May 2022 Roundup
This May has definitely been eventful, weather-wise. We switched directly from winter to summer. In fact, as of writing this, I still hadn’t gotten out my stored clothes for spring because I was wearing my winter sweaters until last week!
The unintentional theme for this month on the blog was nostalgia. See what I mean by checking out some of my feature posts below, and let me know what you think!
I enjoyed a big shopping day several weeks ago, and wrote about what I took home with me, what I didn’t, and why!
I styled outfits based on the covers of six of my son’s favorite books. I had so much fun doing this and they turned out so well! Definitely going to do more cover posts. Leave a comment here or on the original post if you have a book rec or genre idea!
In honor of my college graduation being ten years ago (awkward phrasing and existentially weird!), I combed through my closet to see what’s survived from those four years. And there was a lot!
I took a look back at the last three months for my own seasonal trends for spring!
I shared three finds posts (“flowers” for Mother’s Day, accessories at Anthropologie, and my spring 2023 shopping list) and a Friday feature!
Give wardrobe therapy as a gift!
It’s hard to do on your own! It’s nice to have help and support.
Consider the power of a visually-accessible wardrobe.
A wardrobe therapy session also is good prep for shopping!
I answered the questions from the “I’m a cool mom!” Vogue interview. The thumbnail is the cutest!
I reviewed Merit Beauty’s Signature Lip Lightweight Lipstick!
I love this quote from Dan Levy about the power of wardrobe!
As part of my quest to replace/dupe my favorite mascara (which has been discontinued), I reviewed four new-to-me mascaras!
