Roundup: August 2022

August was a long, hot, wonderful, fun, busy month! I am so pleased that I was able to keep up with my posts, so there’s a very full roundup below!

I will be taking a few days or more off to get back into the swing of being home, by which I mean reorganize my closet, among many things!

I shared five weeks of outfits, including the last full week of July!

I discussed my love of athletic-y footwear via my collection of sneaks!

On a very personal note, I wrote about my journey with body acceptance and confidence.

I assessed what I packed for my summer away from home.

And I summarized my sartorial habits for this season!

I shared four finds posts: Son de Flor, Reformation, Everlane, and my shopping list for next summer!

I shared testimonials that discussed multiple closets, my feedback, and shopping!

I discussed various options for what happens after a Your Wardrobe Therapy appointment, both immediately after and followup appointment ideas.

I shared my thoughts on what colors you should wear, and accessorizing in the summer.

I reviewed four of my favorite bralettes from Colsie(/Target!), and my new favorite sunglasses.

  1. July 25: I was so pleased with how this outfit styled up! It was so cute with my straw hat and chunky sweater too. Can’t wait for cooler weather to enjoy it again.

  2. July 29: I love this dress so much, and I love wearing it with yellow like this! Everything pops so well.

  3. August 2: This outfit felt so cute and summery.

  4. August 7: Another dress that I love to wear with yellow accessories!

  5. August 8: This outfit was so comfortable and fun, and I loved matching my manicure to it accidentally-on-purpose.

  6. August 11: I kept mentally high-fiving myself in this outfit because I loved it so much.

  7. August 14: My favorite kind of outfit! So looking forward to sweater weather!

  8. August 16: This outfit is so bright and fun and flowy, but has lots of sun coverage! Love that.

  9. August 18: This dress is so fun to wear, even just with flip flops!
