Friday Finds: Print Button-Down Shirts

While I definitely have sweaters on my mind, I also love a fun blouse, especially in a great print. Having multiple colors to complement makes a piece more versatile and enjoyable to wear. From a dressy suit to cut off shorts, from sneaks to boots to heels, from very dressy to the ultra casual, a great blouse can do it all. I intended to browse a few brands, but I found 12 gorgeous options at Zara, so I decided to leave it at that.

And I have to say, I now wear mine with my numi layers to stay comfortable and help keep my shirts clean!

  • 1: These colors are so autumnal. Would be great with warm neutrals, or olive, or even blue denim.

  • 2: This would be striking with black pants and a red lip.

  • 3: Love the funky paisley/floral mix. This would pair so well with blue jeans, or sage/mint/light green, or Kelly green, or bright yellow!

  • 4: Pretty floral that would pair well with blue jeans, pink, cream, or olive.

5: This shirt would be cheery in the winter, and apropos in the spring. It would be nice with khaki and winter white, or tonal brights.

6: Pair this shirt with blue or bright jeans, and a coral or red lip.

7: I can see this one working really well with a navy suit, or a Texas tuxedo. It would really pop with grey as well!

8: I love this Egyptian-inspired floral. It would be striking with gold jewelry and a variety of bold colors, like a purple blazer and red pants. Why not?

9: Because of the shape of this blouse, I think it would be especially nice with a skirt or maybe even flared pants, for a vintage vibe.

10: Pencil skirt, power pants, white denim. It’s bold and beautiful and has shoulder pads!

11: This would be so nice with khaki, denim, cream, or (if you’re feeling bright), yellow!

12: This would be really striking (the word of the day, it feels like) against one of its lighter colors, like blush or white or sage.
