It was quite a brisk day, but I had it in my head that I wanted to wear these pants, so I just went with it. I’m glad I did because they are so fun to wear and I really enjoyed it. I was so pleasantly surprised that this scarf goes so well with the yellow in the floral!
Monday November 15
Dress - French Connection

To be honest, it took me a long time to get dressed. The wind felt extra blustery and totally killed any desire I had to get ready. Finally I went with this, and then I really loved it. Someone said I looked like a movie star. I don’t need external validation, but it did feel nice!
Tuesday November 16

This dress is so pretty, but the lining does move around something terrible. That combined with the boots, which look great but slouch down as I walk, and it wqs a semi-successful outfit.
Wednesday November 17

These pants give me yet another variation on this color combo! I love it. I wore my silver sneakers and puffer to go with the grey details in the scarf. (A detailed review of these pants will be posted in, I think, January! Still fine-tuning the winter post schedule.)

The blouse and pants are both new, and wowowowow, are they lovely! They also went really well with my mushroom earrings! If you know me, you have probably heard me talk about mushrooms. I found these while gift shopping, and couldn’t resist. This outfit was perfect for the last warm autumn day of the season, and I was so happy to wear this perfectly autumnal look.
Friday November 19

This outfit is contradictory! Leggings are casual, but these manage to look dressy, especially with these shoes. Puffer jackets are heavy, but this one looks light and fancy with this outfit. It’s all neutral colors, but I don’t think it’s boring at all because there’s so much contrast.
Saturday November 20

I had a busy Saturday full of errands and domestic tasks, so I kept it simple with the denim and booties, but wore a fun sweater with this great scarf. I love the ribbed sweater with the ribbed scarf, and the colors are great. This scarf looks so cool tied this way.
