It was a short month on the blog as I took the first week of August off to catch up on home/life stuff (it kinda worked!), and yet it felt like a long month because (say it with me now) it was so hot! Between the heat fatigue, I am ready to move along to the next month and season.

This month, I shared fun accessories at Anthro and finds at Banana Republic.

1. July 28: I love mixing neon and black, and I enjoyed the flowy nature of the shirtdress and pants juxtaposed with the bralette. Izzy approved!

2. July 28: There was something very satisfying about this outfit. It was cute, comfortable on a hot day, very summery, and felt classic yet unusual somehow.

3. August 5: The first specifically intentional Jungle Cruise look! Just loved wearing it.

4. August 7: I didn’t let the rain get me down with this fun outfit for a day with my son. We even wore matching necklaces.

5. August 10: I’m glad my mom gave me this dress because it felt great to wear! The colors in the print are so lovely, and I look forward to styling it differently.

6. August 14: A second specifically intentional Jungle Cruise look! If you know, you know.

7. August 19: This dress is always a winner.

8. August 20: Totally different from the all-white look, and yet very similar. I love how the lines and angles of the top, pants, and shoes really stand out.
